Run-off elections: the process, scenarios and analysis

Bolivia Today © Here is a post on tomorrow's (19 October 2025) second round of the general elections in Bolivia. Its purpose is to provide detailed understanding of the context, the mechanics of the day, the key actors, stakes and likely scenarios — both at the national and departmental levels. Introduction On Sunday 19 October 2025  Bolivia will hold the second round (run‐off) of its presidential election held in August of this year.
